Customized Pricing

Concrete Floor Coating Cost Breakdown

We get questions about pricing and costs all the time.

How much do your services cost? What is the average garage install price? Do you charge by the square foot and how much?

We’d love to be able to do that for our customers! We know pricing is very important in the decisions you make for your home.

Unfortunately every home and business is unique. We’ve discovered that in order to provide an accurate price and information is by having our concrete coating professionals evaluate the area in person. This allows our specialist to not only have every detail needed to give you the best price but to allow you an opportunity to understand our process. Estimates are usually 45 minutes or less and free of charge.

At the end of that no-hassle, no obligation visit, our specialist will give you a final price that is good for one year.

How We Calculate Estimates

What Determines the Final Price?

That final price is not just a matter of square footage. There are a number of aspects that can affect your final price. Let’s review the most important factors.

Square Footage

It goes without saying that the  larger a space is, the more coating will be needed and the more time it  will take to coat it. Our specialist will measure all the areas you wish  to have coated and calculate the total square footage.

Square footage determines many important factors when it comes to your coating, the main one being install time. We want to make sure that you have the fastest turn around possible on your project which requires our specialist to measure and calculate your square footage.

Concrete Condition

Common factors that affect your overall condition of the concrete are cracks, pitting, moisture content, or lifting. These all require extra attention and repairing before laying down our coating to ensure you have a life long product with no future issues.

Existing Coatings

Our most common issue we see is that a contractor or a DIY epoxy coating has been applied and is already chipping, peeling, flaking or coming apart due to the lack of prep work as these coatings are not durable. These always need to be taken care of in order to have a clean surface that allows us to begin our installation.
